Chocolate Beverage in Powder

Now the Ouzounoglou company has its own powdered chocolate beverage in 1kg bag.

How do I prepare a chocolate beverage?

 

Suggested recipe: 18g of Ouzounoglou powdered chocolate beverage per 100ml milk (hot or cold).  Sugar added in the product.

 

  • For one cup of hot chocolate:


Domestic use
: Add 100ml fresh hot milk in a cup and 18g powdered chocolate beverage and mix well.

Attention: Do not boil the milk. Serve.


Professional use:  
Into a coffee-pot  add the ingredients from the suggested recipe and mix them well with the steam of the espresso machine.

Attention: Do not boil the milk. Serve.

 

  • For one glass of cold chocolate beverage:

Add in a glass the suggested recipe and mix very well or use your mixer. When the powder is mixed well with the milk add ice. Serve.
